Your right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, nor to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation to confirm we have received your order. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not an acceptance of the order.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Estimated delivery time does not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, weather, or other transport delays. In the event we fail to deliver your order within a certain period, you may have the right to cancel your purchase. To cancel, you must contact customer support. A cancellation is not valid until you receive confirmation. If the item has already been processed, you are obligated to receive the order. If your product is damaged during transport, you must report it promptly. The Company’s responsibility for delivery errors is limited as set out in these Terms.

RETURNS

You cannot return products that have been customized to your specifications or clearly personalized, nor certain products for health or hygiene reasons. Unless a product is customized or identified as “non-returnable,” you may return it for a full refund within a certain period after receiving your order, provided the product and packaging are in the same condition as when received, with labels and protective stickers intact. This does not limit your right to carefully open and examine the product. However, if the product is not in such a condition, the Company has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decline in value. Beauty products cannot be returned unless unbroken, unused, and with undamaged seals in original packaging. We will not accept opened or used beauty products. To commence a return, you must notify us within the specified period and ship the products back at your own expense. The Company will pay your refund within a certain period after receiving and approving the return. The refund will be made to the original payment source. Products purchased directly from our Website cannot be returned at any physical location.

TRANSACTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, same payment method, or same billing/shipping address. We also reserve the right to prohibit purchases by resellers, dealers, or distributors. To purchase a product, you may be asked to supply transaction-related information, including payment method details, billing address, and shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT METHOD UTILIZED. PAYMENT

E-GIFT CARDS

The Company offers e-gift cards. E-gift Cards are valid as a payment method on our Website and may be used as full or partial payment. If your selected products exceed the value of your e-gift card, you must add another payment method. Once the total amount of an e-gift card has been used, it will be automatically deactivated. E-gift Cards cannot be refunded. They are not valid as payment for new e-gift cards. No discounts, promotion codes, or vouchers apply to the purchase of an e-gift card. E-gift Cards shall not be used in a way incompatible with these Terms or that may be misleading, fraudulent, or damaging to the Company. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to deactivate your e-gift card, deny future purchases, and charge you for costs and damages incurred. The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of an issued e-gift card.

CAMPAIGNS AND OFFERS

The Company may offer campaigns where other terms apply. Such terms apply while the campaign is active. We reserve the right to cancel a campaign at any time; after cancellation or expiration, these Terms apply. A campaign lasts for a limited time and while supplies last. After a purchase is made, the Company will not adjust the amount paid unless you received the wrong price due to technical errors. Campaigns marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All Final Sale purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review all campaign details before completing your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. The Company will comply with all legally required obligations, including those relating to defective, damaged, or misrepresented goods.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

All beauty products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You should always check ingredients to avoid allergic reactions. Use of the Website or our marketing is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your own physician before using or relying on any product. The Company does not give medical answers. If you have an allergic reaction, seek professional medical advice and contact us. We never record health information or make health recommendations, but your information may be used for investigation. Our beauty products have a symbol indicating shelf life after opening. Shelf life is affected by storage and use. Beauty products are best stored in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Do not use fingers or hands in the formula containers, as this can affect the product and shorten its shelf life.

The Company has no responsibility for errors in images, product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect prices or discount codes, price adjustments, or inaccurate stock information on the Website.
